Hike Across Grand Canyon

“Ithaca is Gorges.” Ithaca is famous for and proud of its many gorges and waterfalls. Of course, in the United States the greatest gorge of all is the Grand Canyon. During November of 2012, Ithacans Tammy Lovell and Jim Rundle set off on the “trip of a lifetime,” hiking from the North Rim to the South Rim of Grand Canyon over several days. In this encore episode 36 of Walk in the Park, they tell us their story and how they prepared for it.
